The Sustainability, Energy, and Environment Center (SEEC) is located on CU Boulder’s East Campus at the intersection of Foothills Parkway and Colorado Avenue. Visitor parking is available in the circle on the west side of the SEEC building. Bus service is available from Main Campus and other areas of East Campus. For more details, click here.
Where can I park?
Paid parking will be available on site. Please follow signs to lot 556. Parking will cost $10 for the day, and will be CASH ONLY. This discounted rate will only be available when parking attendants are on site. Attendants will be available from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. on Monday and 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. Should you arrive after the attendants have left, you will need to pay to park at the meters located along the lots. There is no pre-paid parking available for this event.
Where should I stay?
We have three host hotels you may choose from: Millennium Harvest House Boulder, Hotel Boulderado and the Best Western Plus Boulder Inn. Please click here for more information on these wonderful lodging options.
What should I wear?
This is a professional, casual event. Please dress according to your comfort level. All speaking sessions will be held inside, however, some evening and meals may include outdoor spaces.
Will food be served?
All meals will be provided for each day as noted on the schedule. We have taken measures to offer Gluten-Free and Vegetarian options. However, please make sure that you have notified us of any additional dietary needs in your registration.
Should I bring anything?
This event is an interactive agenda-setting event. You will be collaborating with other people. Please bring whatever tools you need to work effectively; i.e. laptop, tablet, and smartphone.
What is the event’s refund policy?

Please note that your tickets are transferable. If you cannot use your ticket, but wish to transfer it to another person, you can simply change the ticket information and transfer your purchase.
It is the policy of the Regenerative Future Summit and its presenting partners to offer refunds only in extenuating circumstances. If you feel your situation warrants a refund, please choose the “Request a Refund” option from your order detail confirmation page.
We will make every effort to honor all requests in a timely manner.
For approved requests, the ticket refund schedule, minus fees, is as follows:
Before March 1st: 90% refund Before April 1st: 60% refund Before April 15th: 40% refund April 16th – April 30th: 25% refund May 1st and after: 0%
*Fees will not be refunded
If you cannot use your ticket and do not wish to transfer it to another person, you can choose to use the funds as a 100% tax deductible donation that will be shared equally amongst the presenting partners. If you wish to choose this, please contact the organizer.
